1. Ensure the “Scene Transitions” dock is active

Click on 'Docks' from the nav bar, and click 'Scene Transitions' if it is not checked already
2. Add a new ‘Stinger’ scene transition

In the 'Scene Transition' tab, click the '+' to add a new transition. Select 'Stinger'. Enter the name of your transition and click 'OK'

Click 'Browse', Go to the location on your hard drive where you saved the purchased files. Select the appropriate .webm file to import into OBS and click 'Open'

Select the 'Use a Track Matte' Option, and for the Matte Layout, select Mask Only
5. Set Audio Monitoring

Set the Audio Monitoring to 'Monitor and Output' only if you'd like to hear the transition as you switch scenes
6. Preview your transition

Click Preview to make sure everything looks good, and click OK to save
