Please read our policy carefully. Due to the digital nature of our products, there are important distinctions from physical goods regarding returns and refunds. By making a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Digital Downloads (One-Time Purchases)
This section applies to all single, one-time purchase digital products, including but not limited to:
Static & Animated Overlays
Alerts & Notifications
Stinger Transitions
Stream Screens (Starting Soon, Be Right Back, Offline, etc.)
Individual Digital Assets
All sales of digital download products are final.
Once a digital product is purchased and the download link has been delivered, it is considered "used" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the immediate, irrevocable, and non-tangible nature of our digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these purchases.
We encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and compatibility requirements carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the product will meet your needs.
2. Stream Packs (Subscription Service)
This section applies to our recurring Stream Pack subscription service.
Free Trial We offer a free trial period for our Stream Pack subscriptions so you can experience the value and quality of our service before committing to a paid plan.
Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. You will retain access to the content from the billing periods you have already paid for.
Refund Policy for Subscriptions We do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have already been paid. When you sign up for a subscription, you are billed for the upcoming period. Once a Stream Pack for a given billing period has been delivered or made accessible, we cannot issue a refund for that period.
Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund (full or pro-rated) for the current or previous billing periods.
3. Exceptions & Technical Support
While our refund policy is firm, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We will address issues under the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If you experience a verifiable technical issue with a product file (e.g., a corrupted file or a download failure), please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a new download link.
Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once, please contact us with both order numbers, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Resolutions for such issues are provided at our discretion and do not constitute a right to a refund for other reasons.
